Calgary Academy Junior School Presents Detective Devaroe and The Disappearing Diamonds
Family, Friends, and CA community members are enthusiastically invited to the CA Drama Department for their production of Detective Devaroe and The Disappearing Diamonds written by Charlotte Nixon. Join in as Detective Devaroe and his sidekick, Dr. Delaney roam the English countryside in search of a jewel thief! This ridiculous farce pokes fun at all the tropes of the great detective stories: Fake identities, terrible accents and dramatic gasps are sure to fill the stage. The production will run from December 2nd to 9th in the evenings and while the show is 60 minutes in length, the production crew has also included a 15-minute intermission with treats, mystery games, and a special display from CA’s own forensics class. The whole evening is not to be missed!
Tickets are available for purchase through RYCOR and ticket prices include all the festivities of intermission. One thing to note: This year the junior school play is double cast, this means that Cast A and Cast 1 alternate performance nights.
