This presentation is designed for Grade 11 and 12 students and their parents as they embark on the journey to post-secondary education.

Our Career and Academic Advisor, Jessie Holwell, and Senior School Assistant Principal, Sheryl Walters, will lead this informative session and are available to answer any questions. Understanding the value of comprehensive guidance, we will send all parents a collection of materials after the presentation, covering topics such as scholarship opportunities, application timelines, and effective strategies for college and career planning.

September 3 promises to be an engaging day of community and friendship at Calgary Academy–the perfect way to kick off another school year!

These two events give students a chance to preview the classrooms, meet their teachers and classmates, and give parents and families a chance to come together to celebrate a new school year. There will be fun inflatables, a Parent Information Expo, and dedicated classroom time for students and their homeroom teacher.

  • 2:00–4:00 p.m. – Students and parents reunite in classrooms and then head outside for a BBQ, inflatable activities, a petting zoo, and more fun and games.
